Overview

QuillWizard uses Paddle as the merchant of record for payments. Refunds for purchases processed by Paddle follow the Paddle refund policy outlined below.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Paddle will refuse a refund request if it finds evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Paddle to counterclaim the refund.

This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a Consumer and unless the exception below applies, you have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the transaction.

To cancel your order, you must inform Paddle of your decision. It is sufficient to send your cancellation request before the cancellation period expires.

Effect of Cancellation

If you cancel as permitted, Paddle will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day on which Paddle is informed about your decision to cancel. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Exception to the Right to Cancel

Your right as a Consumer to cancel your order does not apply to the supply of Digital Content that you have started to download, stream, or otherwise acquire, or to products which you have had the benefit of.

Payment by Wire Transfer

It is your responsibility to provide correct payment details (including your unique bank transfer reference number), tax codes, and order information. Orders paid via wire transfer are not protected under the Consumer Credit Act and are not eligible for a refund. However, in cases where the transaction amount, including sales tax, or the sales tax refund is above $/£/€100, you may be entitled to a refund including the sales tax paid, at Paddle’s discretion.

Indirect Sales Tax Refunds

If you have been charged sales tax and are registered for sales tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the sales tax amount if permitted by applicable law. You must contact Paddle within 60 days after completing the purchase and provide a valid sales tax code. Refund requests received after 60 days from the date of the transaction will not be processed.
